One last achievement to begin mastery.
I learned it through really tough times because wanting to be liked and respected has always been a great tormentor.
Some of this has come from training, mentorship, reading biographies to understand each individual struggle, turning the shower ice cold at the end and trying to relax every muscle.
You must have courage.
I believe it’s learned and trained. From the brain to the body.
It’s a skill.
If you don’t use a skill, you’ll lose it.
